ABOUT AMY:
I am the owner and founder of Elev8 Studio (formerly known as Amy Wood Photography, Amy's Photographix, yada yada yada...). I started shooting when I was 15 as an arts and clubs editor of my high school yearbook staff. I graduated just a year later at age 16 (after skipping 11th grade), and went on to pursue and earn a degree in Photography and Graphic Design in college. I started my photography business on the side at age 18 and later went to work full time in the computer technology field. I was finally able to switch to photography full time in 2006 and never looked back. The result of my stubborn determination and never-ending strive to shoot outside of the box is what you see on this site.
